When will my order arrive?

Delivery after confirmation of the order is approximately from 1 week.
In the exceptional event that stocks of that article are definitely out of stock we will inform you immediately. Our team will help you with pleasure and commitment to choose a suitable alternative.

How I can make a purchase?

1.- Having chosen the product you want, click on "add to basket". Then you can continue shopping or complete your purchase, in which case you will have to click "view cart". If you choose to continue your purchase online, you can check the status of your shopping easily click on icon cart and complete your purchase by clicking on "Checkout".

2.- Once in the order, make sure that the items are the correct ones. You have 2 ways to do the final order: anonymously way (just complete the form correctly data) or through your personal account (if you do not have an account, you can register here). Being registered like customer has its advantages: special discounts with promotional codes, record of the address book, account information and orders, etc.. You also have the possibility to rearrange your orders, in case that some errors have occurred, like that you will not have to re-enter the items in your shopping cart. From the control panel of your personal account, you can access all the advantages offered being registered user.

3.- Select the payment system you prefer. To complete the purchase do "click" at order button, automatically you will enter in a secure connection where you can choose the credit card with which you want to pay. If you prefer to do it with the Paypal system, it redirects you to the Paypal payment page in order to finish your purchase (for more information visit www.paypal.com). If your payment is successfully validated you will receive an email confirmation of the order copy.

In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, we only accept transactions CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) with international 3D Secure protocol characterized by the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SercurerCode (we accept credit and debit cards from Visa and MasterCard). The Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to ensure security in Internet transactions. In this way, confidential payment details are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL)to the financial institution. When making payment through secure payment, the system automatically checks that the credit card is enabled for Secure Electronic Commerce. Then you will connect with the bank issuing the same, which prompted you to authorize the transaction by a personal authentication code. The operation is performed only if the bank issuing the credit card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be declined.

As a further step to secure payment system and in order to assist in the prevention of fraud on the Internet, we reserve us the right to verify the personal data supplied by the customer and take action we deem appropriate (including cancellation of order ) so the purchased goods, will be delivered in accordance with the information contained in the order.

How to check the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order by logging on "My Account" at the top right and then on "My Orders". This will display a list of all your orders. Clicking on any order you will see the items ordered with their details.

What kind of payment are accepted?

We currently accept Visa (credit and debit). Mastercard (debit and credit) and PayPal payment option. We do not accept payments over the phone; All payments must be made through our website.

Can orders be canceled?

If you want to cancel your order partially or completely, you can do it without problems while the order has not left our logistics warehouse. Once the order or part of it will already underway, will proceed to make a return, total or partial, when the order has arrived to the delivery address that you provided us.

What if I forget my password?
