LAW AND JURISDICTIONThese terms and conditions shall be interpreted under the laws in force in Spain in the field, which will apply in all that was not foreseen therein. (Law 34/2002 of July 11, services of information and electronic commerce).

PAYMENTThe minimum purchase age should be 18 years.
The currency accepted for payment will be Euros (€).

You can pay via credit card: the payment information will be sent using an advanced encryption system to ensure the confidentiality of the operation.

Payment by VISA or MASTERCARDWe guarantee that each of the transactions are secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal information or bank details is carried out within a safe environment. Also the data on your credit card are not recorded in any database but go directly to the POS (Point of Sales Bank).
In both cases, when paying with VISA or MASTERCARD will always request the following information: the card number, the expiry date and a validation code which coincides with the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, offering thus, more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

PRICES AND PERIOD OF OFFERS VALIDITYPrices shown below each product are Total (inc VAT) and they only have to add the shipping fees for each destination. Prices are shown in euros. The prices and conditions are valid at each times, and are valid only in the open session. In order confirmation information, prior to the buyer accepts the transaction, clearly specify the prices of each of the chosen items, the concretion of delivery charges applicable to the operation and promotions or discounts which, if any, are applicable.

The prices shown may be reviewed and modified if conditions require it at any time.
If there is a typographical error in any of the displayed prices and a client has made a purchase decision based on that error, we will notify the client of the error and the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase at no cost by his part.

STOCKS ITEMSThe record of each product informs on its availability. at searching for one of our products, the web informs you that do not have the item you want, you can contact us to order it.

In case of a completely depleted product, we can advise you to select another item with the same functions and it meets your needs.

Although always we check our stock, exceptionally may occur at a particular time that a product being exhausted. If this happens after your request and one of the items you order us, is exhausted, we will contact you to offer a solution. If you decide that without that product does not interest the rest of the purchase, we will cancel the shipment and we'll refund the money. If you prefer to wait we will send you the rest of the items you ordered, and as soon as we receive the expected item, the cost of the second shipment will run on our own. In the case that article could be exhausted completely, we will reimburse you the full amount.

TRANSPORTDelivery of orders will be made through a transport agency. Orders are delivered to the address designated by the purchaser, therefore Ambients, do not assumes no liability if delivery can not be made as a result of the wrong or incorrect information provided or if delivery can not be effected by the absence of the recipient. If there is absence of the recipient, the transit agency will attempt delivery again as soon as possible, and once the item can not be delivered, the package will be returned back to us. In this case, the customer will return the money paid for the goods but not for transportation.

We recommend properly designate the place of delivery, you can provide us your business address or address of a friend or relative. Deliveries in hospitals, government agencies and other properties where there are restrictions on access to the general public, Ambients does not guarantee that it is made directly to the recipient, being executed the order and released from liability when the order will be delivered to the recipient, or at the reception or place who acts as access control. Delivery times are calculated in working days and can be altered by local or national holidays. On Saturdays and Sundays there is no pick-up service and delivery orders, a fact which must be taken into account in the calculation of deadlines. In periods when special circumstances (dates such as Christmas, transport strikes, extraordinary events ...), shipments may be delayed.

Deliveries are not guaranteed at specific hours. If the buyer specifies a concrete delivery date, or within it, a preference for a particular time slot, it will be understood, that it is done such as indicative character. Ambients shall communicate that fact to the carrier and as far as possible, to conform to this indication, without assume any other obligation or liability.

When an order has left our office to be delivered to the customer, we have no chance to recover it. If a customer wants to cancel an order after it has already been sent, we will refund the money you paid for the goods but not for transportation.

Rates transportThe product price comes always comes detailed and the price of transport, separately. Rates are calculated by the weight of sent items.

For shipments to Andorra, keep in mind that any additional costs for customs and taxes are not included and it will always be paid on arrival by the receiver.

WARRANTYAll items have warranty.

Defects or damage caused by improper use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use of the same, are not included in this warranty. The shortages in the functionality of the items, due to limitations of design thereof, are also excluded from coverage under this warranty.

RETURNSIf for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of the order to return the unused product and exchange it for another product or a refund of the money (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January Retail Trade amended by Law 47/2002 of 19 December).

It is very important that you return us the exchang product or products duly packed, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use and the delivery note. If products are damaged due to improper packaging the return will be not accepted. Except for manufacturing defects, no exchanges or refunds on products already used will not be accepted.

Once we receive the merchandise in our stores and check that all the above conditions are met, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment, or we'll sent the new product.

If you made payment via credit card, amount will be payed to the same credit card.

You will receive your refund within a maximum period of 20 days from receipt of the product to our warehouse for exchange or refund. Note that when paying by credit card is likely your bank will show the amount of the refund in your balance since next month.
